Butterflies are timeless when it comes to cardmaking. I'm not sure I'll ever part with the beautiful Butterfly Brilliance bundle.
I used them as my die element to this week's Just Add Ink Choose Two challenge. I stamped the butterflies in Crumb Cake first, used my Blends to colour them in, and then finished by heat embossing in silver.
Fiona's Hot Tip: Embossing after using Blends preserves the embossing effect, doesn't smudge the heat set powder, and gives a sharper, crisper finish.
My dots elements come from the Labels Aglow dies. I adhered some silver cardstock behind them to make them shine bright like my sliver embossed butterflies.
I finished off with a cut up sentiment from This Birthday Piggy stamp set.
