You're Just So Fabulous

Do you recognise this paper?  It's the True Love DSP.  Still don't recognise it?  That's because I coloured it with my blends!

After I coloured in my flowers using Pool Party (light and dark) and Bermunda Bay (light) as well as Granny Apple Green (light and dark) and Old Olive (light) for the leaves, I used my Basic Black (dark) to colour in the entire background.  Yes, it's a lot of colouring, but it's worth it, don't you think?  Look at how those flowers pop off the page!  I stuck the DSP onto Basic Black cardstock before I got to work on the finishing touches.

The sentiment strips are one sentiment which I cut into strips from the Many Mates stamp set.  I coloured them in Granny Apple Green (light) and then with Wink of Stella.  I finished the page off with my white gel pen and added accents to the flowers and leaves, and some small dots on the black spaces.  Crowning glory was some little rhinestones.

What a wonderful way to spend an afternoon colouring in and crafting!  I really want to get to making a sister card in pinks.  What colours will you use when you make this card up?

Happy crafting,
Fiona x
