My cards today offer a really pretty way of creating your own background on a card by using the same colour ink as cardstock and then accenting with a white pen and heat embossing.

I used the Delightful Day and Beauty Abounds stamps sets with the colours: Mango Medley, Coastal Cabana, Calypso Coral, and Rich Razzleberry.
These are such easy cards to whip up in any colour and make a bunch to have on hand for birthdays.
