This is a super easy card that allows the sentiment to be the star of the design. It can be used for any occasion and you can choose colours that match your theme or the person you are sending the card to.
First of all die cut the circle using the Stitched Shapes framelits. Remove that piece and stamp on your sentiment of choice (mine's from the Peaceful Moments stamp set).
Then using three colours (I've used Daffodil Delight, Soft Sea Foam, and Balmy Blue) stamp around the hole with the small and large bubbles from the Beauty Abounds stamp set. There's no need to stamp off first - the stamp is graded so that it gives the soft look of bubbles with the first stamp down on the page.
Adhere the stamped layer onto the framing layer, replace the sentiment piece and adhere, and then pop this all up on dimensionals and onto your base card.
Yep, it's as easy and as quick as that!
