Beautiful butterflies are so delicate and peaceful and their shortness of life brings a reminder to live our own life to the fullest in the best way we can. So what better time than a birthday for such a reminder?
This card uses all the large butterfly stamps from the Butterfly Gala stamp set. I masked off the small butterflies which are attached to each large butterfly on one stamp just in case any ink got on them by accident.

You could easily use one of the sentiments from the stamp set for this card if you didn't want to make it a birthday theme. I used the happy birthday stamp from the Itty Bitty Bitty Greetings set and cropped it into a banner with a strip of Rich Razzelberry cardstock underneath. I coloured the butterflies in using Blends (don't forget to use Memento Ink if you use Blends).
And for bling I used the gorgeous Pretty Peacock rhinestones (which unfortunately can't be seen in their fullest glory in these photos.)
