Grandma's House is a cute stamp set in the Annual Catalogue that I bought just for the this house stamp and the other picture stamp in the set (I don't really know any grandmothers to give any cards to!) The stamp includes the two trees next to it and I couldn't resist!
Get creative with borders by making your own with a Black Stampin' Write Marker (it's the only one you can buy individually so you don't have to buy a whole pack of the colour family for it, just get this one on its own - I use mine LOADS.)
Colour the image using your colouring tools of choice and layer on some coordinating cardstock. Stamp out a senitment that suits you and snip it down to size like I've done with the "happy birthday" from the Itty Bitty Birthdays stamp set.
