Ink it! Stamp it! Blog Hop: Technique

I am loving this month's Ink It! Stamp It! blog hop theme.  It pushed me out of my comfort zone to try a few new ones. One didn't work as well as I'd hoped so I changed to the baby wipe technique.  I'm going to be a tease and show you the card today and then film a video for you to watch and follow along.   Look out for that blog post in a few days.

This technique uses, you guessed it, a baby wipe and ink refils.  You can choose which ever you like, I went with a mitxure of Regals and Brights.  Simply drop a few dots of ink from different bottles onto the baby wipe so that they are random and there are no spaces between them and then use that as your stamp pad.  As you can see, each flower or leaf in my design is different and you get a lovely mottled effect.

I can't wait to film this for you and when I do I will update this post to link to the video.  Until then, enjoy checking out my fellow design team members' blog posts to see which techniques they have showcased.
