There are many occasions to celebrate in life and sometimes you need a card that just embraces that. This one's for a friend of mine who took a radical change of direction in life and has just completed university studies, for the second time! That's certainly cause for celebration.
This card isn't difficult but it is fiddly. Cut all your strips of cardstock into 1/4" pieces and make the first piece you stick down the white piece which runs down the middle-ish area that starts off the change in direction. Stick all these onto a piece of standard Whisper White, the trim off the excess and stick that down on another piece of Whisper White with a slight border. Easy!
