I'm having lots of fun creating cards with the Playful Backgrounds stamp set. Here's another which I've made twice in reverse colours so that you can chose which alternative suits your recipient.
Fiona's notes:
- Stamp off the full circles background stamp at least once (I did it twice) before stamping onto the card. You don't want the filled in circles to compete with the outline circles.
- The smaller circles are from the Owl Builder punch
