Babushka Dolls Shadow Box

I find one of the most fun aspects about craft is making something with what you have to hand.  These little babushka dolls were traced using an outline I found through Google images and then each piece is hand cut out.  (Sorry about the reflection in the photo, it's so hard to photograph glass!)

Fiona's notes
  • I hand drew the hair onto a piece of cardstock and then traced around that 8 times on Chocolate Chip cardstock before cutting them all out
  • To make the faces I used a regular hole punch for the rosy cheeks and the Owl Punch for the eyes.  It's hard to see in the photo but the whites of the eyes are in Very Vanilla to differentiate them from the Whisper White face.  The mouths are drawn on with black pen.
  • I printed "Sofia" from my computer using the RGB code for Rose Red (R200 - G75 - B109)
For sale: I sell a whole range of shadow boxes which can be customised to suit you.  Take a look at the whole range here.  I plan on adding a few more designs over the year so keep an eye out for those.
