Ink it! Stamp it! Blog hop - Techniques

Are you an adventurous soul?  I tend to play it a bit safe with crafting which is why I love today's blog hope with the Ink It! Stamp It! design team because we are showcasing different techniques for you to try.  I have gone with spritzing!

What's spritzing? It's when you ink up your stamp and then spray water on it using the Stampin' Spritzer.  You just fill it with water and spritz away onto your inked up stamps!  You can also use them to with rubbing alcohol and some Stampin' Up! ink drops and spritz colour onto your card stock (that's another technique for another day though).

I only "sprizted" the flamingo in this card.  The splotches are made by flicking an inked up aqua painter across the page.  I'd highly recommend using the Shimmery White cardstock for this because it deal with a good amount of water better than other cardstock.

Now head on over to the other blogs and check out some different techniques.  Which one will you try first?

Here's everything you need to make this card yourself.
